OUR PAST

Agility was formerly known as Thunderbird Resorts, and began its journey developing real estate into hospitality operations in India, the Philippines, Peru, Panama, Costa Rica and Nicaragua. In the years leading up to covid, we exited properties through asset sales in multiple markets. In the post-covid era, we have begun our transition to repurposing properties for new uses within markets in which we have assets and infrastructure.

AGILITY TODAY

Agility today has real estate holdings in Peru, Costa Rica and Nicaragua, with corporate team members in Panama, the United States and Switzerland. Our current phase of development is to repurpose our own largely debt-free real estate holdings for new uses, including this 27-acre property on a major highway exiting San Jose, Costa Rica.  Agility is publicly traded on the Euronext. Our officers and directors are listed at the bottom of this page.

AGILITY'S FUTURE

Agility is focused on two real estate categories that research and experience indicate should offer premium real estate returns in coming years. We are now actively looking for a third product category that also offers real scalability.
